Exit 6 Film Festival is delighted to partner with Basingstoke Comic Con.
Basingstoke Comic Con landed with a bang last May, boasting a host of vendors, cosplayers, and celebrity guests including David Tennant, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Tom Sturridge - an Exit 6 Best Performance nominee for short film Skin produced before his leading role in the Netflix adaptation of The Sandman.
Our very own Festival Director, Mark Brennan, even had the opportunity to interview Battlestar Galactica favourite James Callis live on stage to an excited audience of fans.
This year, BCC returns 10-12 May with a huge line-up of guests including Hobbit star Richard Armitage and Aquaman himself, Jason Momoa.
Exit 6 will once again be exhibiting at the event this May, chatting with delegates about our upcoming 9th edition later this year, and offering BCC delegates an exclusive discount for our festival in September.
Our team are seasoned pros when it comes to interviewing cast members, and we can't wait to chat with some of the Comic Con guest stars about their work and careers, particularly probing for insights and advice for up-and-coming talent in film and television – as well as getting the scoop on what they love most about meeting their fans at events like Basingstoke Comic Con.
Festival Director Mark Brennan said, “It’s been so exciting to have Basingstoke Comic Con arrive in town, defying many expectations since its launch last year – and then some! With our work in independent film and the raft of experienced acting talent visiting our town with Basingstoke Comic Con, there is an obvious crossover between our two events, especially when it comes to sharing their valuable insights. We couldn’t be happier to collaborate with Jane Lowther and her team moving forward; she’s done a remarkable job bringing something just as remarkable to our town.”
Basingstoke Comic Con will also be a key supporter of Exit 6 Film Festival 2024, and we very much look forward to working together in September and beyond.

Could anyone point me to a reliable website where I can find valuable resources and information specifically tailored for nurses working in hospitals? I'm looking for a platform that provides useful tips, best practices, and relevant updates to help improve patient care and enhance the skills of healthcare professionals in a hospital setting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
